The action for damages for breach of contract brought by Mo- hained Fahmy, the Egyptian boxer, against the Happy World, Ltd. claiming a sum of $1,000 in respect of a fight under an agreement and $10,000 by way of general damages, for loss of repntation, was dismissed by Sir Percy McEwaine, the Chief Justice, in the High Court in Singapore.
