TODAY

Between Kowloon Tong, P.O.C. Ming Yuten, 8 pm.

The heavy rain which fell towards the latter part of Saturday afternoon caused only two matches to be abandoned-Taikoo v. Re- creio in the Second Division and Hongkong CC. v. Hongkong F.C. in the Third. The other matches arranged for the afternoon, though interrupted by the rain, were continued afterwards and produced results which were aure or less expected.

Craigengewer added yet another clean sweep win to their already imposing list of "sweeps," their victims last Saturday being Recreio "B". As the result of their clean sweep win over Kowloon CC., the Kowloon FC. are now on equal footing with Kowloon Tong in the Second Division, each with 35 points.

Johnny Ribeiro ended his game 20. against Bob Duncan 14 shots to the good. Raoul Luz went down to Alfred Hall by 5 shots.

The fact that Craigower play ed away last Saturday did not pre- vent them from taking 10% maximum number of points from Recrato "B". When ran inter- rupted play at 6 o'clock or there- abouts the game might have been anybody's, as at that stage the visitors (Cralgengower) were only four or five shots up on the whole. On resumption. of play, however. the pendulum swung round de- finitely in favour of Cratzengower who won with 18 shots to spare.

Kowloon Docks secured fnur points which they very much need- ed in their match al home against the Indian RC. They won on two rinks and on the aggregate by the narrow margin of one shot.

M. Ferguson, for whom young R. Lapsley shone, beat M. R. Abbas by 9 shots and Alec Calman had the edge over A. R. Dallah by the same number of shots. But Fred Cullen was well beaten by A. K. Minu who ended his game 17 shots ahead of his opponent. This, how- ever, just failed to alsof the 18'
