ALTERATIONS IN RULES

OF H.K.F.A. ADOPTED

Clubs Must Field At Full Strength In All Matches

With the exception of a few changes the complete set of altera- tinns in the rules of the Association, the Leagite, the Shield and the three charity competitions-Sunday Herald Cup, Lai Wah Cup and Governor's Cup-was adopted by the Hongkong Football Association at its annual meeting held yesterday, the Hon. Mr. N. L. Smith pre- siding.

Regarding the rule requiring touring teams to submit a state- ment of account to the Council, Mr. W. E. Hollands said that the 14 days was too short and suggested that the amendment within two months of return" be put in instead.

Mr. W. J. Brown opposed the planation as to why they did not amendment, saying that the period held a team of the fullest possible of two months was too long. He, strength."
