Manslaughter Hearing

Alleged to have-assaulted an unknown Chinese and caused · his death for falling to pay 11 cents for tea and cakes, four fokis of the Sing Beung teahouse, No. 7, Cheung On Street, Kowloon City, were charged with manslaughter before Mr. D. J. N. Anderson at the Kowloon Magistracy yesterday.
