MIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR, SIR GEOFFRY NORTH- COTE, K.C.M.G., WAS PRESENT YESTERDAY at the weekly tiffin meeting of the Hongkong Rotary Club.

His Excellency was welcomed by Rotarian President Dr. Arthur W. Woo who in a short speech remarked on the fact that Sir Geoffry has always been a good friend of the Rotary Movement, and had helped the Club many times and in many ways.
