His Excellency on consideration of - particularly the last, its clauses particularly and 6 finding that the London Gazette duly notified that this act had received the Royal assent, has decided that it is competent for him to declare it law at once, even though no official intimation has yet been received on the subject.
Under these Circumstances His Excellency will address the Governor of South Australia on the case of the Ship Samuel Willetts, which, being brought to his notice and trusts that his representation to the above will have effect to prevent loss or inconvenience to you.
