A highly satisfactory year, re- sulting in an increase of $24,288.88 In the nett, profits, and the pay- ment of a final dividend of $2 (making a total of $13 for the year) was reported by Mr. Leung Kwai-tm when he presided at the annual meeting of the Chinese Estates, Limited, yesterday.
