MOSCOW, Mar. 4 (Reuter) — The Moscow radio announced! that the Soviet Foreign Office had informed the Bulgarian Minister in Moscow yesterday that the Bovlet Government considered the entry of German troops into Bul. garla tends towards an extension of the war to the Balkans, and that it could support the attitude of the Bulgarian Government.
