Victoria, 18th October, 1855.

I have now the honor of submitting for the consideration of His Excellency The Governor a Plan of that portion of the city of Victoria comprising the Marine Lots between the Lower Bazaar and Plaza — showing the Land as actually under Lease edged by a blue line, the additional land reclaimed from the sea edged by a green line and the proposed extreme limit of the Strand Road tinted yellow.

I beg to observe as regards the proposed Strand Road that I have arranged it in such a manner as to
