DR. LI SHU-FAN," F.R.C.S., J.P.. has retired from the Legislative Council of which he was a member since 1937.
Tribute to Dr. Li was pald by Hon. Mr. N. L. Smith when pre- siding at the Legislative Council meeting yesterday.
Mr. Smith said: Since this Coun-
