Striking Theory On Origin Of Japanese Peace Feeler

LONDON, FEB. 20 (REUTER)-A STRIKING THEORY AS REGARDS THE ORIGIN OF THE JAPANESE PEACE FEELER IS GIVEN BY THE NEWS-CHRONICLE'S DIPLOMATIC CORRESPONDENT.
