They all look like racers and the stable should have many successes amongst the China pony griffins. In my opinion, the two best are Velvetlight and Lovelylight and I think these two will be their Hongkong Derby re presentatives. The opposition and quite a strong one at that will come from Oolong and possibly Eve of Grandeur.
Others in this class that show promise are Iron Beauty, Paloer, Charlesber and Work Fair View. I am told that Sand Trap is a first class animal and this chest aut stallion looks all they claim of him, but unfortunately, this pony did not arrive until quite re- cently and it is problematical whe- ther the connexions will be able to get him into first class condition by next Saturday.
