CAIRO, Feb. 3 (Reuter)-British troops have captured the town of Agordat, an important strategical point in Eritrea on the rallway leading to the Red Sea port of Massawa.
Announcing this success, yesterday's communique from Bri tish G.FI.Q. says: "Yesterday morning British troops captured the town of Agerdat, taking many hundreds of prisoners with guns and mechanical transport. Six Itallan medium tanks, five light tanks and 15 guns were also destroyed.
