In thanking you for communicating to me the contents of the Right Honorable the Secretary of State for the Colonies' Despatch, No. 20 of 4th October last, regarding my application for Letters of Naturalization, I beg to inform you that, as I have to go home on sick leave, it is my intention to apply for Letters of Naturalization by Act of Parliament on my arrival in England.
