inclosed my Account as Colonial Treasurer
for the past year, also certificate of the Board appointed by His Excellency, The Governor, to examine the cash balance existing in the Treasury on the 31st December 1855, and the Certificate of the Auditors
on the accounts
and the Balance at the commencement and the close of the year.
Further I beg to hand you a Detailed Account of the Total Revenue and Expenditure of the Colony for the year.
