The record crowd that filled the Caroline Hill ground to capacity on Sunday for the "needle" League match between EASTERN and SING TAO (and whe, in all probability, expected some freworks? were not disappointed and got their money's worth.

It has been expressed in most quarters that Eastern who dis played a brand of soccer that not only thrilled the spectators and were definitely the better team na the day's performance, "deserved a better fate than a single point.
