DICTATORS' SEVEN DEMANDS TO LAVAL
Indo-China For Japan: French Colonies To Be Under Triple Mandate
LONDON. Oct. 30" (Reuter)-According to information«re- ceived by Reuter from Stockholm and Zurich on the subject of the recent Hitler-Laval talks, Herr Hitler's terms to M. Laval included the placing of the French Fleet at the disposal of the Axis.
The similarity of the news, coming from such different #ources, seems to confirm its authenticity and deals with the
terms which Germany has submitted to France.
The Stockholm message states! that according to reliable informa- tion it is understood that in the course of the recent conversations between M. Laval and Herr Hitler the latter submitted the following terms to the French Govern-
ment
Firstly, the cession of Alsace Lorraine to, Germany,
Secondly, air and naval bases In unoccupied France to be "at" Axls dispo.al for the duratish of hostilities,
