TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS

"The Traffic Department, is now considering to amend a certain section of the Traffic Regulations The amendment is considered necessary following a street ac- cident In which 2 passenger jumped off a moving vehicle and died as a result of the fall.

At present there is no regula- tion requiring any report of an accident of this nature, and the amendment is to make it neces- sary for the driver to report to the police of such cases,
