Scientific Bombing Of Reich By R.A.F.: Many Economic Targets Hit
LONDON, OCT. 6.—THE "MASTER' PLAN" OF THE ROYAL AIR FORCE for the scientific bombing of Germany since the start of the war was outlined for the first time in detail in s ministry of information communique issued here tonight.
The story of the formidable blows struck at more than 200 military targets is of particular interest with the appointment of the man who is responsible for their delivery to a position where he will direct the bigger RAF offensive now planned. That man is the new chief of the air staff. Sir Charles Portal, relentless "late chief of the bomber command.
MAPS AND FACTS HAVE BEEN PREPARED BY THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, and are sup- ported by a full list of the major bombing attacks over Germany between Sept. 3, 1939, and the night of Sept. 29-30, 1910, as yo- ported by the communiques issued
