NEW YORK COTTON: There have been large sales of cot- ton-goods at hardening prices.
CHICAGO WHEAT: The exportable surplus in Argentina is re- ported to be less than 13,000,000 bushels compared to 135,000,000 bushels a year ago. The price-lifting force of the Loan which is now 8 cents, above the market price suggests the advisablity of scale accumulations of December option on all easiness.
