CHUNGKING, AUG. 29 (CENTRAL)-AN EMPHATIC DECLARATION THAT CHINESE TROOPS, AS A MEASURE OF SELF-DEFENCE, WILL ENTER FRENCH INDO-CHINA THE MOMENT JAPANESE ARMED FORCES INVADE THE FRENCH COLONY WAS MADE BY DR. WANG CHUNG- HUI, MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS.
