CONSIDERING THE WEATHER that has been plaguing local sportsmen for the last ten days, baseballers and fans alike were in deed fortunate when the rain lifted long enough last Sunday to allow the playing of the one remaining league fixture between the Hong- kong Brewers and South China as otherwise, the keenly awaited play -off between the Brewers and the Mindanao would have necessarily been put back for another week. As it is, this decider for the 1910 pennant and the Bagram Shield will now be played next Saturday,
