Notice To Mariners
Changes in the position of buoys in the Batavia Roads at the En- trance to Tanjong Priok are re- vealed in a Harbour Office notice authorized by the Naval Authort- tles.
The black and white horizontal striped light buoy marking the Van Dorth Shoal has been moved to Lat 6" 03′ 09" S., Long 106 52 04 E.. while the light 19 at present extinguished.
A black light buoy has been es tablished at Lat. 6° 01′ 09" S. Long 108 52 09E. The light is at present extinguished,
FLOATING MINES
Two reports of floating mines have been made to the Harbour Office authorities.
The Master of s.5. Tin Sang re- ports seeing, on July 25, a floating mine at Lat. 23° 11' N., Long 113° 38 E (approx). Another mine was seen at Lat 23 37 N., Long 118 11 E. by the Master of as Syunka Maru on July 24.
