After constant rain the whole week, last. Saturday turned out to be a bright day but, owing to many saturated greens, the Lawn Bowls programme was again depleted. There were only three matches played in the First Divisiön; one postponement in the Second Division, while only two games were decided in the Third Division,

The best show of the afternoon was put up by the Hongkong. Football Club who beat Recreio B by ten shots thus breaking their.. 'duck' after eight defents.

All matches ended as expected except for Taikoo Docks beating Craigéngower Cricket Club by the handsome margin of 20 shots in the Second Division
