LONDON, June 8 Heater) —A raid on the suburbs of Ber- lin by a French bombing squadron, is announced in a flash message from Reater's correspondent la Paris.

The raid took place last night and the machines heavily bombed factories in the outskirts of the German capital. They encountered heavy anti- aircraft fre, but all machines of the squadron returned safely to their base.

The R.A.F. last night again bombed military objectives in north-west Germany. On the western front, 17 enemy planes were downed: 12 of our Eghters are missing.
