CLUB, SOUTH CHINA A...▲n CHUNG HWA and 'ROYAL ENGINEERS, making a six-team league with a thirty-game schedule that should provide a bumper seas)1 for local fans.
Under the supervision of a committee, composed of F. J. "Dee", Molthen, R. Lay and Nip Lum. umpires are to be subject to stricter control than in the past.
