NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that upon the Application of Messrs. Thomson & Co. duly appointed Liquidators of the Alien Enemy firm of Kruse and Company an Order was made herein on the 25th day of May 1940 that notwithstanding the absence or non- production by the Liquidators of the relevant Bills of Lading, Delivery Orders be issued by the Shipping Companies concerned to enable the said Liquidators to take delivery of the cargoes or goods set out in the Schedule hereto. Any objection to such de. livery should be notified to the undersigned Liquidators.
