AN AMBITIOUS TOUR
Eastern Athletic Association, winners of the Senar Football Shield and runners up in the First Division of the Football League, will be leaving on May 15 by Pan American Airways Clipper for Manila on the first stage of an ambitious to ar which will last over four months and take them over 20,000 miles.
The tour will start with their return visit to Manlla where they have been invited to play three more games, following their success- ful tour of a fortnight ago where they won six out of their seven games before, mammoth crowds. Eastern's fast and stylish type of play proving a great draw.

The Chinese Girls Basket Bali Team scored their third victory in Hongkong on Saturday night when they defeated the Federation Team by 35 points to 18 in a fast; and "exciting game. The only defeat suffered by the tourists was when they lost to the Federation last Wednesday by 23 points to 27. On Saturday the visiting team were down 4-7 at the end of the firs quarter but rallied strongly and forged ahead to win com- fortably.
