arrangement
are
proposed by Mr. Murrow, and
in this recommendation the
accommodation it consists of portions of two lots required
for a public
street: being
Burning
states that the proportionate reduc-
tion of rent has been paid at £10.2.4 and £6.3. respectively - that in the latter case the Owner
in his appeal, but that
has given in the for-
mer
Conciliator concurs.
We have the

way to
question the
propriety of
the
arrangement
and would accordingly
recommend its approval.
