THE

having arrived, from New York and Ports of call, Condigutes of Cargo are bereby notified that their Goods are being landed and placed at their risk into the Hong Kong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Company's godowna, at Kowloon, where dalivary may be obtained sa soon as the Goods are landed.

Optional Cargo will not be landed here, unless Notice has been given 48 hours prior to vessel's arrival, but carried on from port to port to the final port of call to which the option extends.

No Claima will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godowns, and all Goods remaining undelivered after tha 1st April, 1940, will be subject to Rent.

All broken, chafed, and damaged Goods are to be left in the Godowne, where they will be examined on 30th Morch, 1940, at 10 am, by our Surveyor Messrs. Goddard & Douglas.

To comply with the General Bonded Warehouse Regulations,consignees must have a Revenue Officer in attendance when damaged dutiable goods are examined.

All claims must reach tubefore the 1st May, 1940, or they will not be recognized.

No Insurance will be effected.

CONSIGNEES of Cargo are hereby Cormed that all Goods are being

landed at their risk into the hazardous and/or extra hazardous Godowns of the Hong Kong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Co., Ltd. whence and/or from the wharves Delivery may be obtained. No Claims will be admittat after the Goods have left the Godowns, and all Goods remaining undelivered after the lat April, 1940, will be subject to Beat. All Claims against the Steamer must be presented to the Undersigned on or before the 15th April, 1840, or they will not be recognized.
