THE FIFTH ANNUAL PRIZE MEETING OF THE HONGKONG RIFLE ASSOCIATION, which incorporates the Services Meeting, opened yesterday at the Kowloon City Rifle Range in brilliant weather and from 8 o'clock in the morning onwards large numbers of competitors would be seen making their way towards the ranges.
