All Claims must be sent in to me on or before the Wednesday, 20th March, 1940, or they will not be recognized.
Damaged Packages will be examined by the Company's Surveyor, Messrs. Goddard & Douglas in the presence of the Consignees at 10.00, Friday, the 15th March, 1940.
Consignees must have a Revenus Officer in attendance when any dutiable goods are examined by the Company's Surveyors.
