4. Provisions and water to be placed on board to be of good quality, properly packed and sufficient to supply the Emigrants on board during the declared length of the voyage according to the annexed dietary.

5. Medicines and medical comforts to be placed on board according to the annexed scale.

6. The Master to engage by agreement endorsed on the clearing certificate to make issues to the Emigrants according to the prescribed dietary, not to infringe on the room given to the Emigrants or interfere with the ventilation, not to ill-use the emigrants or require them (except in case of necessity) to help in working the Ship's, to issue Medicines and medical comforts required to the best of his judgment and to call at such Ports as may be mentioned in the agreement for fresh water and vegetables.

VII. The Emigration Officer not to give his certificate until he shall have mustered the Emigrants and have ascertained to the best of his power
