Letter To you of the 24 April I have observed that Lord Palmerston is in communication with the Board.
Ordnance on the question of the purchase, as proposed in the Despatch of the Lieutenant Governor of Hong Kong No. RN26 of the 12th June.
8 January (herewith scheduled) of the premises called Edger's Bungalow, more lately known as Moore's Folly, with a view to their being converted into a permanent Military Post; I am now directed to transmit to you for the information of Secretary Sir William Molesworth, copies of the correspondence noted
