Sir,
I am directed by the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to transmit to you the accompanying supplement to the amended compilation of British Copyright works; and I am to request that you will move the Secretary of State to cause the same to be forwarded to the Governor of Hong Kong, in order that effect may be given in that Colony to the provisions of the Act of 18 & 17 Vict: Cap 107.
