No such powers is given to the Official Administrator to confiscate by Advertisements that the supreme Court will confiscate but as such power is given to the Official Administrator; Ayneis, is in terms.

the advertisement is like Made in the Colony and the Mother Country the deceased at the expiration of this 5th year nouncing that the confiscation to take place at the end of the 6th year.

Confiscation at the end may be inferred from the Lieutenant Governor's Letter to Sir George Grey, dated 2:6 1845 for earlier Advertisements (now missing).

it is assumed that it was proposed to confiscate in the event of persons (or children) living in any Honey Money (commonly known as "Mother Country"). The "Mother Counting" of Known Intestate's property was prepared, pensions would fail.

Cases where it was very unknown and might be adequate where a Man and his family had quitted his native Country and had been long historically domiciled elsewhere.

It appears therefore time that the Jesting of their provision is Objectionable and the details imperfect.
