Administrative Programme For Szechwan Promulgated

CHENGTU, Dec. 12 (Central)-A nine-point administrative programme for Szechwan, outlined by Generalissimo Chiang Kai- shek who is concurrently Governor of the province, has been promulgated.

The nine points are peace preservation and bandit suppres- sion, opium suppression, civil service, local autonomy, finance and currency, land administration, health economic reconstruction and education.
