With reference to your Letter of the 19 instant Jan commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to pay to the Reverend Mr Irwin £150 for his Passage to Hong Kong and I am to request that you will state to the Secretary of State that the Salary of the Chaplain at Hong Kong being payable from Colonial Revenue, the expense of Mr Irwin's passage
