In a game marred by rough play. in which one player was carried off the field injured, another warned for rough tackling and in which frayed tempers were very much in evidence, Eastern were lucky to defeat the Royal Scots in the First Division Soccer League yesterday, on the Club ground, by the odd goal in three. the final and winning goal having been shot in the last three minutes of play.
