Chairman hereby appoints Friday, the 1st day of December: 1939, at 2.30 o'clock in the after- noon, at the Urban Council Room, Post Office Building, Hongkong, as the time and place for the Board to commence Its sittings.
Any person claiming compensa- tion, whether as owner or other- wise, by reason of such resump- tion must at least two days be- fore the commencement of the sittings of the Board "transmit to the Colonial Secretary, for trans- mission to the Board, · 2. written claim stating the nature of his right or interest in the land and the amount which he seeks to re-
