YONSIGNEES are nereby informed that their goods with the exception of Opium, Treasure and Valuables are being landed & stored into the Godowns of the Hong Kong, Kowloon Wharf & Godown Co., Ltd., Kowloon, whence delivery may be obtained immediately after landing.
All claims must be sent in to me on or before the 12th Nov, 1939, or they will not be recognized.
Damaged Packager will be examined by the Company's Surveyor, Messrs. Goddard & Douglas in, the presence of the Consignees at 10.00 am, on Tues- day, the 7th Nov, 1939,
Consignees "must have » Revante Officer in attendance when any dutisble. goods are examined by the Company's Barveyors.
No Fire insurance will be affected by us in any case whatever.

having arrived, from New York and Forte of call, Consignees of Cargo are hereby notified that their Goods are being landed and placed at their risk into the Hong Kong and Kowloon Waar! and Godowa Company's godowns at Kowloon, where delivery may be obtained as soon as the Goods are landed. Optional Cargo will not be anded bere, unless Notice has been givan 45 hours prior to vessel's arrival, but carried on from port to port to the final port of call to which the option extends.
No Claims will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godowns, and mil Gooda remaining undelivered after the 10th Nov., 1939, will be subject to Rent.
All broken, shafed, and damaged Goods are to be left in the Godowne, where they will be examined on 9th Nov, 1939, at 10 am by our Surveyor Messrs. Goddard & Douglas
To comply with the General Bonded Warehouse Regulations, consignees must bavca Ravenne Officer in attendance when damaged dutiable goods are examined.
All claima must reach us before the 10th Dec., 1989, or they will not be recognized.
No surnace will be affected.
Bill of Lading will be countersigned by
