"Hag it been brought to the notice of the Chairman that the Trans-Pacific Freight Bureau of Hongkong, has increased freight charges on trans-pacific cargo by fifty per cent;
"If so, will he make enquiries as to what Justification exists for this imposition, in view of the fact that It is principally freight rates that determine the price of imported foodstuff."
