having arrived from New York aud Ports of call. Consignees of Cargo are hereby notified that their goods are being landed and placed at their risk into the Hong Kong and Kowloon Wharf & Goda Company's godowns at Kow.. loon, where delivery may be obtained as required, their Shipments will soon as the goods are landed.

Optional cargo will not be landed bore, unless notice has been given 48 hours prior to rese:l's arrival, but carried on from port to port to the final port of call to which the option extends.

FROM ROZA BROS. Silver prices rosa yesterday to the extent of 7/8 for Ready and $7.00 13/16 for Forward, the quotations being 23.7/18 and 23.1/4 respec- tively. Silver advices reported the market as being steady with some general buying. Offerings were small. The market closed with buyers. -satisfied. Amarican Silver was quoted at 38.1/2 for Spot.

The London/New York cross-rate was quoted at 402. New York! Londoni was quoted at 391.

RUBBER: New, low levels for the current movement were reach- ed zarly to-day and traders in general were apathetic, but the indi̟-- cations of continued hostilities contained in Hitler's speech caused a sharp recovery and renewed buying...
