Control Of Lighting For A.R.P. Black-Out
By an order issued yesterday in "Government Garette Exten- ordinary," the lighting control regulations have been varied and exemptions suspended for to- morrow's Black-Out Exercise.

It will be re-called that shum Boong was walking down Wynd- ham Street about 8.30 p.m. on August 2 when he was shot and hacked to death by several as- sailants.
Within a week after the murder. the police offered reward of $1,000, but since then no information had been received. The authorities bave now increased the reward to $11,000.
