In view of the present crisis, the Government of long Kong cannot allow any
uncensored: communication to pass between Hong Kong and foreign countries, The following information is published for the guidance of cor. respondents
1.1... Correspondence posted on. or before the date of this notice
will be treated as follows :-
Any "express", "register ed", or "insured"" postal
packet will be censored as soon as possible, and sent on if "passed".
(b) All other postal packets
already posted will be de tained until sufficient cen- sors are available to ex amine them, and enquiries about their disposal will not be entertained.
2. Correspondence posted after the date of this notice will be
