FX Remedios, described as a cabaret manager, appeared on remand before Mr. P. A. D. Forrest at the Central Court yèster- day charged with malicious damage to a car belonging to Mr.-- Howard Torr, between 9 put on July 30 and 6 am, on the follow-i ing day, while the vehicle was parked outside No. 68 Shing Wo Road. Damage to the extent of $418 was alleged to have been caused.
