The market opened 3/16 of a cent higher for all deliveries as compared with Friday's closing quotations.
Firmer advices from London and New York falled to stimulate the Singapore market
London reports very good demand for spots.
Business was transacted for January/March at 28-9/16. "Singapore continues to be very difficult market to operate on dug to the reluctance of the trade to do business in forward de- liveries.
Closing tone was quiet.
