Plaintiff's Evasiveness: Claim For Possession

The evasiveness of plaintiff in the witness-box and his pursuit of profit came in for caustic comment by the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl MacGregor, in the Supreme Court yesterday when Tsang Wah-hing, lawful at- torney for Pau Wai-chau, Leung Kam-to, Wong Sui- king, Luk Sau-chi, Chan In-fong and Leung Cheuk- hing, claimed" poséession of the ground floor of No. 39B Queen's Road Central from the Mayfair Beauty Parlour.

In giving judgment for plaintiff, his Lordship ex- pressed regret that his decision, in the circumstances, could not be in favour of the defence.
