WASHINGTON, Ang. B (Reuter) The Export and Import Bank has announced completion of ar rangements for participating with cotton shippers in financing the sale of 50,000 bales of cotton to Spanish mills at the rate of 25,000 bales a month.

The Export and Import Bank will provide 80 per cent, of the credit, with the balance carried by Individual exporters,

Credit Guarantee Leading Spanish banks will guarantee the credits and the Government of Spain bas given. an assurance that dollar exchange will be made available to meet all maturities, which consist of eight quarterly instalments, beginning six months after delivery of the cotton
