There was some trade buying and covering on the weather forecast predicting hot, weather in the southwest and liquidation has ceased. The market now looks fairly well even up. It is be- lieved that I Thursday's Government estimate should turn out only at around 11 millions bales or less, the report should be con- sidered ballish, in view of the aim of the Administration to increase exports to 8 millions bales, which would leave less than required for domestic consumption.
